Only just over a week now until we get to go out and exercise in groups of up to six! Combined with the clocks going forward next weekend we have the prospect of some short group rides going out in the evening and I know that I for one am up for doing that straightaway on 29 March. I’ll discuss with the committee and ride leaders whether we can celebrate the date more officially with some organised rides if the weather is looking half decent.
It was surprisingly fun to exercise in the new morning HIIT session last week, well the smug satisfaction for getting it over and done with is very pleasant for the rest of the day at least … keep the sign ups and feedback coming in please so we can evaluate whether this is a good thing to keep doing or adjust the schedule or timing.
And a massive thanks to those who have volunteered to help out with the open water swimming – we’ll be in touch shortly to gratefully take up those offers.
