Now we are properly in Spring, the weekly calendar is getting fuller week on week.
As we continue to return to a more normal post covid schedule, I’m thrilled to announce that our amazing yoga sessions return to 3D with an in person class at Oxsrad on Tuesday evenings (remember how that was pre 2020?!). Lovely Rebecca has persevered through lock downs to bring us virtual classes which have been popular and definitely beneficial in terms of saving travel time, but it’s been really tough for beginners and there’s nothing quite like instruction in person. These sessions are now FREE so book up – usual rule opens 48 hours before and it’s first come first served! Static bike is now starting 5 minutes earlier to allow for Club members to get a double session in. As ever, we’ll review feedback and numbers after a bit of a trial to see whether members value these sessions – use it or lose it people!
In other non triathlon news, congratulations to Dan and Rebecca who are tying the knot today. Best wishes to you both on your special day – I just hope you are taking your turbos on honeymoon …
Finally, don’t forget to put your clocks forward tonight – or you’ll be late for tomorrow’s Club ride and the Brill Hill time trial!
