Vinyasa Yoga for Triathletes

Our fully qualified instructor Rebecca Walker leads our live Yoga classes exclusively for OxfordTri club members. Participants will go through a joint warm up, a sun salutation series, asana practice and relaxation/meditation.
The classes are dynamic, building strength and flexibility while releasing tension from the body. Yoga benefits both physical and mental wellbeing and has been shown to prevent and aid recovery from injury. The classes are open to all abilities as variations will be given for beginners and more advanced participants.
We encourage all people taking part to the class to bring their own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Some might benefit of a yoga block or something to lift the pelvis from the ground during sitting exercises.
The class starts at 7:30pm sharp therefore please arrive with a few minutes to spare to allow enough time to set up your mat.
