Stretching, strength and conditioning with a series of short, manageable, high intensity sets to boost your athletic capabilities. A perfect, energizing start to the spring mornings.
– Please ensure the space you are training in is safe.
– Make sure the floor area is non-slip and any potential obstructions are out of the way.
– Please do not participate if you have, or suspect you have any current health concerns, injuries, aches and pains.
– Note: sessions are streamed using Zoom and we do not control the security of either Zoom or the other participants. Consider the view of your house could be made public. If appropriate do not join the video stream and use a nick name.
