Well we have all finally made it through to Easter and some more relaxed Covid restrictions. It was great to see club members already working on their tan lines and the photos of group rides and track session posted up on the club Facebook page!
This week, it’s great to see more of the old favourite club sessions return to the schedule, with our Saturday Shotover runs and club rides, and most excitingly Open Water Swimming is back (provided minimum temperature conditions is satisfied).
Some of you will have heard with concern Coach Nick Twist’s accident. Good news is that he luckily doesn’t have any serious injuries and will soon be back in action. However this week there’s no Monday night spin session. But we are still holding a total of 11 virtual and in person training sessions this week which I think is a pretty impressive achievement.
