One hour coached running session to include warmup and running drills. Accessible to all running abilities.
Please meet the coach outside the track buildings 10 minutes before the session to be let into the track.
The British Triathlon Federation coaching guidance issued in March 2022 stipulates coaching to athlete ratios that vary depending on the certification level of the coach to ensure a high quality of coaching is maintained. OxfordTri Club have coaches at various level and thus it is difficult to provide full coaching for larger groups at every organised club session. When required, the club coach will focus their coaching to limited numbers and will communicate this to the group For example, on the track this would be limited to specific set sized groups at one time. However, the coach may choose to move between lanes at appropriate times.
