This is a fun energetic session lasting 1 hour, with a view to alternating between high cadence / low resistance and lower cadence / higher resistance, building the duration for each with plenty of rest to recover.
As this will be a video conference, you will be able to join with video and audio via Zoom if you wish and interact with fellow triathletes so we can try to keep some of the social elements of our training.
All you need is a bike and a turbo, a drink and a towel.
– Please don’t participate if you have, or suspect you have any current health concerns, injuries, aches and pains.
– Note: sessions are streamed using Zoom and we don’t control the security of either Zoom or the other participant. Consider the view of your house could be made public, if appropriate don’t join the video stream and use a nick name.
